yolanda getting jealous of (her ex) baran's subtle flirting with (yolanda's current situationship) trinity, so she attempts to get back at them by getting back with emery (another of her exes who also just happens to be baran's ex-fling and somebody who trinity has admitted after a few drinks that she would sleep with), but then baran starts flirting with yolanda again, and emery's flirting with trinity now, so who is really at fault when they all fall into bed together?

“jack abbot might actually be married it was never confirmed in show”

okay???? so then him and walsh got drunk one night at a vegas conference, eloped for the bit, and never got divorced bc they couldn’t be bothered and she bought the wedding ring to be funny and he kept wearing it for the bit but then after a while it became part of his night shift ritual like wearing a lucky pair of underwear for game day.

only then dr. mohan showed up and suddenly he didn’t feel the need for a lucky game day ring bc dr. mohan was so meticulous and perceptive and incredible.

only dr. mohan has seen his ring and maybe it’s the sleep deprivation, maybe it’s the way she unnerves him, makes him grounded and destabilized all at once, but he can’t find a way to tell her that he’s legally married but, like, in a funny way.

so he decides to stop wearing the ring, except that old habits die hard and this is a three year old habit. which means he keeps muscle memory-ing it on his finger and then it’s too weird to take off at this point bc she definitely must be aware of it, right? she’s not. and walsh is useless bc this is all very funny to her.

except then one day dr. al-hashimi shows up and walsh swears she sees those cartoon hearts pop up all around her when she walks in the room on her first night shift. and one day she overhears dr. al-hashimi and abbot making small talk and she says “oh you’re married?”and walsh is suddenly interrupting with “shen is looking for you dr. al-hashimi” even though he’s not. and the second they’re alone she’s threatening abbot with a bone saw if he doesn’t take the ring off and this is so stupid and why did they let it drag on like this.

and then abbot comes up with a plan for them to wing man each other into a divorce and obviously this will work perfect obviously and walsh agrees bc they are smart, intelligent doctors who are very good at stuff.

meanwhile perlah and princess are setting up multiple betting pools even though technically only robby, dana, and dr. shamsi and hr know. and it’s not important how they know. (perlah overheard robby tell abbot he had to fill out hr paperwork with or without the divorce.)
