"Goal? I don't have a goal. Not anymore. Though a hot spring would be nice."

*They continue past the stranger. Footsteps dragging and gaze empty.*

*They climb, and climb, and climb without break. They begin to lose track of time. How long had it been? A few hours? Days? A week? No, it had been a lifetime of climbing, and just when the end is in sight, something pulls the top up until they cannot see it anymore.

*A camp site has been set up. One tent and a barely alive fire. As it has always been.*

*They have reached the tram. They pull out an ancient tram pass, though it almost looks new from its lack of use. They aren't sure if it will work, but to their surprise, the tram opens and they sit down and rest as they let it carry them to Kingdom's Edge.*

*They are nudged out of the way and given some leaves to chew on.*

"O-Oh, thank you."

*They eat it, barely acknowledging the flavor as they trek back upwards.*
