wandering-spector replied to your post “My favorite thing is when people legitimately believe that I’m 10...”
There are people who think you're legitimately ten?
THERE ARE, ISN'T THAT GREAT!
wandering-spector replied to your post “What’s really funny is that 12 year old Shizuo actually beat up...”
Wait what? When did this happen?
Akabayashi mentions it in Durarara!! x7, when discussing his backstory. It says that his partner, Aozaki, was beaten up by a kid when he and some colleagues tried to do something to this lady, I forget what it was. Either they were charging her for protection money or just plain assaulting her. Either way, Shizuo saw it and wrecked everyone involved. It mentions that when Akabayashi heard about it, he laughed, but other than that, he didn't care much.
Edit: Actually, Aozaki wasn't his partner at the time, I think. But it mentions that they'd worked together before.
It was the kind of thing that happened only in dramatic cinema; when universes collided and time paradoxes erupted out of nothingness.
Apparently it was also the kind of thing that happened to people like Orihara Izaya for on a lovely sunny day in the middle of the city, a small hand grabbed him by the end of his coat and gave several small tugs at his jacket.
"Hello excuse me I am down here!" a voice squeaked, "I like your fuzzies!"
The raven leaned in real close to the other, an unreadable expression on his face. "And that is what you get for trying to steal my jacket from me... Again." ((Had to. XD ))
"T-... Tch..." despite the ever-growing sensation of numbness rushing up her spine, Erika did manage a wry smirk, a tilt of the head and a look of mischievousness up at the informant. "Good people don't die in good ways... I never deserved a good end... all I wanted, was an end that I got to choose."
Given the kind of person that she was in the past she never believed that she'd get to leave peacefully. In reality she'd probably never make it very far past the age of 40, even if she took care of herself now. It was life's way of paying her back for the crimes she'd committed as a disrespectful teenager, taking advantage of life's gifts.
"I didn't get your jacket... but I did get just what I wanted..."
It was kind of a cheap out when Mikado really stopped to consider it. Honestly he just didn't know what to do, and surely the informant knew better than he did what would be a desirable present. So he emailed the coupon to each other them with the following message:
Happy Birthday Izaya-san!
I hope there will be many more, but in case there aren't I just wanted to say thank you for always keeping an eye out for me.
It's probably obvious, but I should note that favor probably shouldn't include you selling me out in any way. I really wouldn't appreciate that and it wouldn't make for a happy birthday at all.
Anyway let me know and I hope you enjoy your day. We should meet up sometime!
