wanderingstartrail said: Teachers in Aussieland often have to teach two subjects, even if they’re crap at one of them. My head geography teacher is a music teacher… And not studying doesn’t help, so it would help you to do that so you feel less awkward helping your bro X3
Oooh. Here in Kiwiland teachers seem to be allowed to teach only one subject, but they have to teach like six different classes the same subject. I imagine it would get really boring really quickly. I once had an English teacher who taught all of the year 10 classes but one and by then she seemed to care more about my occasionally breaking the uniform rules than me learning anything.
I also think I've been given up on when it comes to helping Nix (that's what I call li'l bro. it's not his name,) with his work. I don't have enough patience for it and I now have to study for myself and have to get a job as well. So not enough time. I still spend a lot of time otherwise with him though.
I need to get a job because I'm hoping to go to Japan on an exchange trip next year of just travel there when I finish school and I need to start saving up but I have absolutely no idea how to get a job. Something else I'm worried about actually.
And thank you for talking to me about school. I feel a lot calmer about it now. :)

Yes, I s'pose not studying would not help. And why was your teacher teaching maths if the teacher wasn't trained in maths? Aren't maths teachers kinda meant to be trained in maths? That's kinda stupid.
And with my little brother, my mother would sometimes ask me to help with his homework. And he was always asking me to explain things that I could hardly understand better than he could and it was just horrible. So I'd run away before I could be asked to help most of the time.
wanderingstartrail said: Don’t worry, you’re talking to me, the Queen Derp of Maths. I got a C on my report card this year x.x
Oh, now I feel bad for complaining to you. Though me getting a C or a not achieved or whatever we use here this year is totally possible. I feel like my brain has completely washed out anything to do with maths at all. Just the idea of helping my little brother with his math homework was so terrifying that I'd run away and hide.
Though a C isn't really that bad. It's not like it's actually a fail. I don't think you need to call yourself the Queen Derp of Maths just yet. :D
wanderingstartrail said: Most people hate maths and science anyway, so you’ll have lots of people to complain with XD And if you don’t understand something in maths go back and do the basics to help you with it. Not that I’m good at maths, just studying. XD
I really seriously hate maths. I've always been good at it but it kills my head and the majority of it seems like it will be completely useless for me in the future. Well, for me anyway.
Science is alright. I actually really like biology and I shouldn't be behind when it comes to that anyway. It's interesting to me. Chemistry is incredibly boring, though.
Ugh,I'm going to have so much trouble with both maths and science. But like you said, there'll be plenty of people to complain with :)
You know what's sucks? I've always been really pretty good at all of my subjects but I have NEVER figured out a good way to study any of them at all and I don't know whether that's worse or better than being just plain bad at them.
Millie I dun do tag stuffs 'cause laziness go pester someone else. xD
