This weekend we ran, we flowed, and we meditated. As we all go through our own fitness journey, it’s important that we remind ourselves that we’re not alone. Whether or not you’re a runner, or if you can squat 180 or you can squat 90, we all our challenging ourselves to be better and do better. We all are trying to be a better version of our own self. When you feel uncomfortable in the gym or trying something new, know that someone else if feeling that same way. It was empowering to see all the people who came this weekend support each other to live better, healthier lives. Thanks Wanderlust for a great weekend!
