“Mas?” A gentle voice comes from behind him and he whips around, his consciousness rocketing back into his body. Shig stands before him with messy hair and sleepy eyes, a look of worry on his face that immediately plants a nauseous feeling in the pit of Mas’ stomach.
“Are you okay?” Shig asks softly. Mas opens his mouth to answer and abruptly dissolves into tears.
