Be Aware of this Phone Scam!
Last night I got a missed phone call and voice mail on my iPhone; the call was from number (473) 520-9780 in Grenada. Well -- I don't answer calls from unfamiliar numbers, and I sure as HELL don't know anyone in Grenada. The voice mail message was just a series of beeps, like a dropped call. Seems this is a type of scam known as "wangiri", and it's at least ten years old ( http://www.economist.com/node/1367988 ). So, the moral of this story is not to call back unknown numbers -- look 'em up on the internet instead. The more you know...,
