is it a total memory wipe or a selective memory wipe? if it’s just wiping a short period of time, having them have a long-established safeword through all their scenes, or selectively not wiping the safeword?

I was thinking it was going to be a total memory wipe then replace, so she thinks she's someone totally different, specifically her favorite book character, and it's only supposed to last for two hours.
