okay, so don’t get me wrong, I love war mode. I love the boost to exp and reps, and like, the playful PvP environment. But what I do really, really hate is assholes that abuse it.
Don’t get me wrong, when you’re in War Mode, its fine to die, and to kill others. I get that. Theres nothing wrong with that. Its PvP, thats how it works. BUT. Needlessly camping a dead body and just killing people over and over and over with your four other buddies is a dick move. Like, yeah once is aight, cool, you out dps-ed me, I died, we good. But camping people’s bodies? Building up whole raids to go around and nuke levellers? Fuck that. If you do that you’re not some OG tough guy PvPer, you’re just an asshole.
This expac, I think, really does well to have players participate in War Mode. Its a story that pits faction against faction and encourages you to take a side and wreck the other. But god damn it, we’re all still people behind the green or red tag. Don’t be an asshole. At the end of the day, its just a game.
