DIY Warabi Mochi わらび餅

These "Warabi Mochi わらび餅" are soft, chewy, and jiggly. Dusted with nutty roasted soybean powder and drizzled with brown sugar syrup. Made with tapioca starch which is easier to find than warabiko.
