      "I-- I am, yeah." Mark shuffled his feet, hands shoved into his pockets. "I should've...told you where I was going. I know that we fought and all, but that was no excuse to up and disappear for--," he checked his watch, "Fiveish hours, in the middle of the night...y'know?"

"Miles, I need to-- ah, fuck it." He rests a hand on one of Miles' shoulders and leans in, kissing him.

"I- wha-" he was only able to manage out before lips pressed against his, himself puling away after Joel was done. "What. The. Hell. Joel."

"Hey," Joel greets, pressing his mouth against Mark's.

      Mark returned the kiss, despite being a tinge startled by it-- "Hey, yourself. What brought that on? Not that I didn't enjoy it, of course."

"Hey, Linds," Joel says, tilting her chin up and placing a kiss on her mouth.

Lindsay’s eyes widen, a small smile forming. “H-hi, Joel. W-what was that for?”

"They look like monsters to you?"

Eddie stared at the game screen before eyeing Joel. To be honest they kind of did look like monsters to him, big, giant monsters. He nodded his head, looking back at the screen. “Yeah, they remind me of little green monsters, like the ones kids would see under their beds.”

      Mark's mouth went dry and he shuddered, tongue poking out of his mouth to wet his lips. "Pretty, uh, straightforward of you."
