CONFESSION:
I feel like a lot of people have forgotten the Alchemical Concoction from Origins and leave it out of their lore posts. Which is a shame, because it’s so interesting! It is our biggest insight into blight magic so far. A warden that drinks it can gain some really weird abilities that normal Grey Wardens don’t have, and it allows even warrior/rogue wardens to pretty much perform blood magic using the blight as their source instead of natural magical ability. One of my biggest lore hopes going forward is to learn even more about this form of magic.

I spent way too long looking for the full text of the Statement of Defiance in Soldier’s Peak the other night and couldn’t find it, so I loaded an old save and here it is.

This poster reads: “On these grounds, virtuous men stood against a tyrant. They stood defiant and stood for freedom. And they died.” It is signed by the Grey Warden defenders who were besieged by King Arland’s forces.

Just finished the Wardens Keep DLC and the armour set you get looks blurry in every dialogue, it takes so long to load the details that I usually do t get to see it ._.
Warden: Levi, I'm afraid your great-great-grandmother is possessed.
Levi: That, or she's really let herself go.
Blood magic comes from demons; they could counter every bit of lore I possess. But the darkspawn taint, that is alien to them. And it has power.
