It wasn't often Ella feared being caught. Quite frankly, most people were too stupid to even get close. This job, though. This one had a catch.

Two catches.

One was, they'd given her the wrong goddamn apartment number. Which might not have been such a big fucking deal except for the second one.

Someone was home.

Which meant that Ella was crouched on the windowsill, staring into the eyes of a woman in bed. Who'd very inconveniently woken up at the exact wrong fucking time.
