Me, opening a ticket back in January to get a true reset for The Devil's Triad because of the bugs she experienced.
Hears nothing for a month.
Checks after said month to find the ticket closed and to contact support or just reset in game.
Bruh...
So I reopened the ticket so I can avoid the lore element. Which I stated clearly in the ticket.
DE I am not happy with this... I didnt even get notified that the ticket was responded to and closed. I find out a month later after I remembered it was there.
I may never get to experience the triad as intended and may have to deal with the lore element.
This is frusrating...
