The young Sima Xia Xiang was just on her way to the library and then she pauses and looked over to where the cherry blossoms were…I don’t want to be late she thought for a moment. But… She smiled and walked over to the cherry trees as she watched how beautiful the petals were at this time of year. She stares at the fallen petals with such admiration…she wondered if she would ever become beautiful as these petals. She closed her eyes and listened to the sound of the wind and singing trees…She felt at peace.  However, she was not alone…she slowly turned to look at who was watching her from the distance. She smiles and waves them over to her. "You don’t need to be shy.." she pats the seat next to her. "You can watch the cherry blossoms with me".

WargodsShadow has disturbed Sima Gan

Burnt and scarred hands raked through the soil, dark hair hanging down lifelessly under the rain. It had been raining only several minutes ago, but he was soaked through to the bone where he sat before an unmarked grave. It must have been several years old for there were weeds growing around it which he was pulling out.

Rip. Tear. Rip.

It was almost in an obsessive manner but he was smiling and humming very softly, a tune which had its words forgotten.

Dear Best Friend:

      I have not forgotten what you and Kanetsugu have taught me.

      Your words have convinced me, to say the least. I've found true purpose in what I'm fighting for. Yet, despite the confidence that I have built up within myself and (most of) my men, I cannot shake this feeling of dread that I have.
