Ingredients: 1 lb white American cheese, cubed. 1/2 cup milk. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp ground cumin. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper. 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro, for garnish.
Instructions: In a crockpot, combine cubed white American cheese, milk, sour cream, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir well to combine. Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is fully melted and the dip is creamy and smooth. Once melted, stir well to ensure ingredients are fully incorporated. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top for garnish. Serve hot with tortilla chips or your favorite dipping accompaniments.
