A creamy and flavorful dip with a kick of jalapeno spice, perfect for parties or gatherings. The slow cooker method ensures that the flavors meld together beautifully while keeping the dip warm for serving.
Ingredients: 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup diced jalapeno peppers. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, jalapeno peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper should all be put into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for two to three hours, stirring every now and then, until the cheeses melt and the dip is hot all the way through.
