yeah. i mean like i said i canât speak for everyone. & i think some of the people genuinely do need help w/ their mental health in some area who behave that way, & they just donât know how to express that need or something. but yes, it makes me angry
yeah i mean, i guess it's likely that someone could be crying out for help in that way but... it's just so more common that people are using it for attention

It makes me sad too :( I had an eating disorder full-blown in 8th grade and I didnât start getting comfortable talking to people about it until LITERALLY THIS YEAR and for a long time denied it, so I agree with what sheâs saying :/

And itâs like, why is that becoming a fad? I think it makes it harder for people who legitimately are suffering from disordered thoughts and self-image problems :(
i agree... like i know people who have been denying the fact that they have depression because of how it's become such a "common" thing. people are afraid to come forward about something that is truly affecting them because of fear of not being taken seriously.
