Th3 RaT Grim Patron Warrior
Th3 RaT Grim Patron Warrior Deck
Dust Cost: 800 I used this to break past rank 15, which was a wall to me in the past. Highest rank reached was 12 last season. This season rank 12 now again. I was a bit skeptical initially as no legendary (only BRM Emperor Thaurissan). Only Wallet/Control Warriors dominated the ranks. You must try this as it is cheap and good. Proven. I modified it slightly swapping Gnomish Inventor with Loot Hoarder just to have something to play on 2 mana and also want to play my Deathbite on 4 mana. Also, Loot Hoarder 2 mana (1 mana when reduced with Emperor Thaurissan) early game damages Rogue or force them to waste a spell on it. Mid/Late game it can easily charge with Warsong for that extra damage or desperate to kill a big legendary with an execute if no Whirlwind effects or weapons on hand. Update: Using Zalae's deck. -2 Dread Corsair -2 Cruel Taskmaster -1 Unstable Ghoul -1 Fiery War Axe +2 Shield Block +2 Inner Rage +1 Armorsmith (face hunters & zoolocks) +1 Gnomish Inventor *Update 2: -1 Gnomish Inventor +1 Kezan Mystic (because of mid-range hunters & mech mages) Favorable Matchups: Face Hunter, Freeze Mage, Midrange Paladin, Control Priest, Lightbomb Priest, Midrange Shaman, Midrange Demonzoo, Zoo Unfavorable Matchups: Ramp Druid, Handlock, Control Warrior (even), Oil Rogue (even), Murlock, Mech Mage

༼ ºل͜º ༽ºل͜º ༽ºل͜º ༽EVERYONE,GET IN HERE!༼ ºل͜º༼ ºل͜º༼ ºل͜º ༽ Thanks to Senfglas Legendary Grim Patron Warrior deck, Warrior can be finally enjoyed by poor players like me. In the past, you will need at least a few high mana legendaries to at least play competitively for Warrior. With all the cards obtained from Nax and BRM, I was able to modify the deck a bit to enjoy playing Grim Patron Warrior. This deck has an inherent weakness, especially if you do not have enough threats like Frothing Berserker and Gromish Hellscream for the opponent. AOE - Auchenai+CoH, Velens+Holy Nova, Hellfire, Flamestrike, Shadowflame, Spell damage+Lightning Storm, Bladeflurry, Brawl+Weapon, Wild Pyromancer+Equality, Equality+Conscretion, Lightbomb. Anyway, I modified the deck a little bit to include the free dragon eggs from BRM to counter the aggro decks since Unstable Ghoul blocks them and activates the eggs at the same time. I am missing a few key cards like Cruel Taskmaster and most importantly, Battle Rage (substituted with Slam) and Frothing Berserker (substituted with Kel'Thuzad). I also put in Emperor Thaurissan. I can only put in the free Shield Block but what I rather have are Shieldmaiden and Shield Slam. Oh well, let's grind them in arena or buy card packs with my gold which is currently almost at 1.4 K now. I have included 2 links to Grim Patron Warrior decks. Senfglas #1 Legend Grim Patron Warrior Icy Veins - Cheap Grim Patron OTK Update: Yesterday, I thought I had absolute board control when I charged my shielded Argent Commander buffed by my Shattered Sun Cleric onto an empty Warrior opponent's board. No way he could damage and execute my shielded Argent Commander... Boy was I wrong. Warsong Commander followed by Grim Patron, expected, since he had only a few cards left. Then... Commanding Shout. The shield became a liability. Oh well, I learnt. Another incident was Warrior opponent had 2 cards left while I was also mirrored match-up Warrior. I had 5 cards hands in my hand (Emperor Thaurissan, Kel'Thuzad and some other low health minions) waiting for Warsong Commander and Grim Patron myself. I used my hand efficiently to thin down his hand and took care not to leave any minions with 2 health and below knowing full well of the Grim Patron combo. He should top deck now and I would run him down with my 2 high level cards. He put down Grim Patron, whew not Grommash Hellscream and Cruel Taskmaster. Then the ultimate combo happened, Bouncing Blade and he ended up with 6 Grim Patrons. No way to mass remove them with my high level minions myself and definitely not hitting them to cause them to multiply or summon out low attack minions. So Emperor Thaurissan to play it safe and perhaps get rid of 2 of his Grim Patrons. If he didn't kill my Emperor Thaurissan then Kel'Thuzad next to even the odds and get some favorable trades. The he Battle Rage, drew Warsong Commander, Frothing Berserker, Commanding Shout and the rest was history. Side note, I felt Slam can be buffed to definitely draw a card. Just my 2 cents. Now standing at almost close to 1.6 K gold now.

It's Time for a Little Blood
Warriors need some love too! Plus it's done without all that fancy healing magic! The Amani Berserker and Cruel Taskmaster combo is a good one to pull off, especially with a spell on hand to give them charge. Raging + Smack to the head = Profit?
Pros: On turn three, you're hitting most players for about 5 damage with a normal Amani Berserker that's taken damage. With a taskmaster giving him some pointers, that goes up to 7 and usually a nice way to keep ahead of your opponent on life total. Adding in charge makes this 9! That's almost a third of damage with one shot! Whoo!
Cons: Unfortunately, both the berserker and the taskmaster have pretty low toughness, which can make them easy targets for your opponent. You also need to make sure the troll can stay up until his office manager can come in to whip him into shape. Even a turn can make a difference, which is why it sometimes will need a charge added to the combo. More mana, more downtime. Blah.
