Hi, i'm sorry but what's that thing about petyr and his valyrian steel? i must've missed something cause i don't remember it... where did he get a dagger and why?

waaaaay back in season one/book one when the assassin is fetched to kill bran and catelyn stops him she asks petyr where it came from. petyr says the dagger was his but he lost it in a bet to tyrion, which causes catelyn to abduct tyrion and take him to the vale- thereby adding a mass of fuel to the war of five kings. petyr lied then, because while the knife had been his and he had lost it in a bet he actually lost it to robert baratheon (who in turn gave it to his son joffrey) not to tyrion. 

petyr then took the blade back from ned when he betrayed him in the throne room (in season one/book one) and it was just shown in the 7.04 preview- which is why everyone is bringing it up again!

Hi Zoe! Im confused after reading your bio, i'm new to the stranger things fandom so i just wanted to ask, is nancy really hated? for what? like i don't understand bc she's a literal ray of sunshine ????

aww heck OH MY GOODNESS this is the cutest thing ever i feel the exact same. she’s the softest girl ever but people villainize her so much because she’s strong and doesn’t put upwith shit, that and she isn’t still head over heels in love with steve. she gets way too much criticism for No reason she’s a literal angel. it’s honestly most likely rooted in misogyny, which is really sad. people seem to like simple, non complex characters, and nancy shows a lot of emotion and grief, and a lot of people seem to have a problem with how she handles her problems (facing them head on vs avoiding them like steve tends to do.) i suppose it’s just them finding her both weak and overpowered at the same time. but thank you for this it made me happy!
