九里一平作品集 (2012)
Hello Fine Ladies and Gents
My name is Grocky and I am a part of the Time Skeletons. I’ve come here to acquire some moral boosts. Please send some lovely pictures.
Warusa here, it might be a better idea if you could give us ideas for dealing with those brats following us.
Time Bokan Character Biography: Walsa
Walsa (alternatively Walther or Warusa, Birba in Italy, or as the dub called him Mungo) provides the raw strength as part of Marjo's gang in the original Time Bokan. Taking great pride in his strength, the scowling 35 year old brute serves as a bodyguard for Marjo. There’s conflicting information regarding the origin of his name, either being based off the Japanese word for "evil behavior", "warusa", or the name of the "Walther" German firearms.
The Voices of Time Bokan: Kazuya Tatekabe
Kazuya Tatekabe is the man behind Walsa, Tonzura, and the other muscles of the Time Bokan series. He was probably the most reocurring Tatsunoko voice actor outside of the Time Bokan series, voicing the lazy dog Baron in Hurricane Polymar, Braiking Boss' minion Barashin in Neo Cyborg Casshan, and King Ibaruda in Gold Lightan.
His most notable role outside of Tatsunoko was Takeshi "Gian" Goda for the majority of Doraemon. Oh, and he was Cesar the Gorilla in the Animal Crossing movie.
Alongside Noriko Ohara, Tatekabe enjoys doing work on the Time Bokan series and tends to participate on special events related to the series, making a cameo in the live action Yatterman and reprising Tonzura for an event celebrating Tatsunoko's 50th anniversary.
