when i was little

all i knew abt mamma mia was that it took place in greece

and that abba made some kind of music in relation to the movie

so, like anyone would, i thought that meant abba was an ancient greek choir or smth

and it still baffles me today that all my fave 70s pop songs are from this modern band who is, in fact, not an ancient greek choir, but are actually from sweden

so apparently (x) coco almost wasn’t dubbed and released in china bc of certain themes (most likely the *spoiler alert* murder, i’d wager)

but, the chinese censor board decided to dub and release it anyway bc they were so touched by the storyline of the movie

and if that doesn’t communicate just how beautiful coco is, idk what can
