WA-20 East/WA-9 North in Sedro-Wolley, Washington. It is common in Washington state to display highway shields inside of a green sign. WA-20 is a northern east-west route that crosses the state of Washington from near Port Townsend on the Olympic peninsula, to Newport on the Idaho line. Washington 9 parallels I-5 from southern Snohomish County north to the Canadian border.
