With climate change, already vicious annual wildfires have gotten worse and more destructive-- but sometimes not in the way of flames. Air quality has a massive impact on ones health and well being, and can effect you long after the smoke has cleared. There are elderly and children in my area that are still dealing with the effects of heavy air particulate from last year and the ones before. Don’t be a statistic-- Know what you need to do to keep you and the people around you safe. Wear one of those paper filter masks if you have to walk outside for any length of time, and keep a few around in case someone needs it or if yours rips.
