I haven’t been watching Legacies but I’ve watched a few clips of the musical episode and I am laughing so much at a) the idea that Elena and co are still alive and the local school are putting on a musical about them (with Lizzie and Josie playing out their mum and Elena’s love life), and b) the “and the sleeping spell made you look completely different” joke trolololololol. Good one. I appreciate that.

I was really hoping/needing Damon to call out to Caroline for help at some point. It was so nice to see Caroline trying to help Damon to take back his mind, and I was really wanting him to turn to Caroline for help afterwards whether it was because Sybil was getting the best of him and he needed to be kept sane or because he got the better of Sybil and needed that partner in crime.
I think "evil flower killing monster" is prime evidence as to why that memory was an extremely weak one to give as reason for killing Jace.

I’m confused The Siren essentially erased Elena from Demon’s life. Damon didn’t meet Elena that night after the party by the road, he met Sibyl. And Sibyl made it so that in Demon’s mind, Elena died that night on the bridge with her family. So why is it that Damon isn’t confused when people keep mentioning Elena to him? How come his response to Matt was he and Elena are over?
Shouldn't he be asking why everyone keeps mentioning that dead friend of theirs?
