Flip Flappers is a lovely little 13 episode anime that features two girls going on adventures through some wacky parallel world-type deals. It's got action, romance, comedy, extreme creativity, a horror episode, riffs on staple anime genres, hot anime moms in your area, allusions and references to weird art things, great animation, and most of all it is just FUN to watch.

It is also legitimately canon gay and not queerbaiting to boot! It's got a little bit of everything in it.

that it did! it stands for mo dao zu shi (grandmaster of demonic cultivation), a novel originally written in chinese by mxtx. its got multiple adaptations in various mediums (using the japanese equivalents even tho theyre chinese bc im more familiar with jap vers -> a manga + anime series) as well as a tv series!! that one’s called the untamed, i’m sure you must’ve heard it esp in 2019-2020 when it used to get regularly trending here lol.

i havent read the novel, watched the tv series + some of the anime (still watching). the untamed is INCREDIBLE. i def recommend that u check it out. its on netflix if youve got a sub.
