Oh no, I see... a spider-web is tangled up with me.
There was suck a weight on her shoulders. Nothing seemed right; and as the two stared each other down, the weight grew. Luhan watched her intently with disapproving eyes before tearing them away in disgust. He gripped his glass of water and took a long sip. Anything to keep him occupied. Hyoyeon was ashamed to look at him, to see the look on his face. Of course he pitied her--anyone would look down upon her at this point. "You really think that was a good idea?" He kept it vague. Oh god, he couldn't even mutter what she had done. As Hyoyeon parted her lips, she muttered, "I never meant to cause you trouble," She felt it was best if she disappeared; and boy, did she try. Though he was angry with her for trying to erase herself from his life.
"I would never--" He paused and clenched his jaw. He never did that unless he was truly angry and Hyoyeon ran her fingers through her hair, carelessly tugging at the ends of it. "--ever, want you to hurt yourself. You think it's for my benefit? You think I want you to be gone? I would have left already!" His voice rose and this caused a few unwanted stares to come their way. She raised her shaking arm, fingers looking extremely frail from her precious decision two nights before. She was tired; exhausted. Her body just wanted to rest but she knew she had to get her energy back somehow. She had to see what she nearly slipped away from. Him.
"Don't you ever do that again. You need help," Help. She was never one for that. And yet he was going to tell her to get it. No matter what she said--or how much she protested--she would be stuck with this... 'help'. "A-Alright," She muttered slightly and watched as their food arrived. No words were spoken but they glanced in each others direction every so often. I never meant to do you wrong, she spoke to herself, in her mind. That's where her words were the strongest. Her voice wouldn't even be able to project that far. She was too weak for it. She was caught up in a spider-web of her horribly made decision and for now; she was stuck. Like a little fly trapped there... there was no way to get out. She had to take whichever fate would come to her at this point. But hopefully... just maybe... maybe Luhan would look upon her differently. Just maybe he'd forgive her stupid actions and want to befriend her once more.
So I turn to run and thought of all the stupid things I've done.
"I'm sorry," She whispered, managing to let the words leave her lips. His head rose, features looking as stressed as ever. She did this to him. The bags under his eyes; she forced him to stay awake and watch her as if she were a child. "Go home, go to sleep... I've done enough," She meant it. Her home was cleared out anyway... courtesy of him.
She wasn't going to take pills anymore. She was going to stop. Right here. Right now. For him. She didn't want to cause him any more trouble. "I'll be fine, I promise,"
He sighed; "I want to believe you,"
