It had been a good day. She had had been watching over some of the children in the commune near the spring that supplied their water when suddenly the ground gave under the weight of her doll's body, so much heavier than that of the children. She was plunged into the water and for a long moment she couldn't find the surface. Panic surged and she called for help through the Arcane just before she managed to break the surface.
Moment's later she felt Viktor's hands helping her to shore and his voice telling her to breath. She coughed hard while trembling and clinging to his hands. Even though she was on land she still felt like she couldn't breathe.
