The King

He grabbed the end of the water bottle. The water swirling around meticulously. He sweat a bit, knowing this was his only chance. The other boy screamed around him, cheering him on. He looked up at his opponent. He readied his hand AND FLIPPED! The water bottle spun into the air, the water flipping upside down and up again like a torrential mini flood. The water bottle spun three times. Exactly three and no more. His heart rate sped up and he watched as the water bottle fell down as though it were a torpedo. It landed. It landed on it’s bottom. “A PERFECT FLIP!” The referee yells. The whole lunch room exploded with screams. Someone walked over to him and placed a burger king crown on his head. “You are dubbed thee, Knight Of The Water Bottle Flip.” The previous champion said, handing me him staff. He stood before everyone and they all had water bottles in their hands. “EVERYONE!” He paused for dramatic effect. “FLIP!” He yelled, and the whole lunch room threw their bottles up and attempted to land them. Everybody cheered and he flipped open his aviator glasses, “my job here is done.” He said, before putting on his shades and walking out of the lunchroom.
