           Lapis was quite focused on the text message she was sending, her gaze settled down at the device in her hands and a small frown twitching at the corners of her lips. She was usually a homebody and leaving her house to walk around Beach City was a rarity, but she’d been stood up, so the only thing she could really think of doing was pace the streets and angrily quadruple-text her girlfriend.

            She was cut off on her walk, though, when she found herself colliding with somebody else. The teenager wasn’t knocked over, but she was rather annoyed, dark blue eyes narrowing into a squint as she glared at the stranger for a moment.  “ hey, watch where you’re going --!”   she began to snap, but before she could finish the sentence she actually got a good look at the other person. Who she now noticed looked identical to her... but with blue skin.   “... um.”

“Hey, so are you a gem too? Just like Sophie? I didn’t    know that there were so many other gems on Earth!    I only knew that Jasper was here!” They couldn’t help    but ask, finding themselves beginning to ramble a bit    as they tried to process all of this new information.    They were still more than a little intimidated by    everything Earth had to offer, but at the same time,    they wanted to learn all they could, too. Things    would probably start to seem a lot less scary once    they got used to things.

How could someone so pretty look so down? Although, from a distance, he could have easily mistaken her downward expression for something gloomier. He wouldn’t truly know until he asked, but there were some instances when he hesitated to approach someone in distress. He didn’t want to make it worse, but maybe someone lending an ear would help them smile just a little?

“Excuse me? Are you alright?” He didn’t sit beside her, but tilted his body and frowned at her with obvious concern.

░ ☹ ░ - Even though it was late, Topaz had decided to take the opprotunity while it was night time to practice skateboarding. Though, this time she was doing it in a place she usually didn’t----the boardwalk. So when she had to dodge out of the way of someone it came as a surprise. 

           People usually weren’t sight seeing this late.

                                “ Uh. Sorry! I didn’t know anyone was out here.”

@watercaged entered the Croc Bandit’s Hideout

Fung- “So uhm about that nice looking gem on your back,” Fung looked to his left and then to his right. Gahri was standing by his right side so he met eye to eye to him. His attention then waned right back to the blue woman in front of them. His gaze turned to a glare.

“You want to give it to me now or later, pal?” Fung’s tone darkened. There wasn’t much choice in his demand. It was either give him the gem by choice or by force.
