Event - Water connects: gather, hold, release - Skye
On the 1st May, traditionally the start of summer, we gathered at a well which had deep significance for people in the past to immerse ourselves in the flow and cycle of water, to share water stories and to make space for absorbing new ideas. We explored the importance of pointless labour as a metaphor for life, asked unanswerable questions, heard Maoilios Caimbeul’s poems, gathered, held and released water, exchanged water stories and were part of a flowing water conversation.
