Aunty does vegetarian Buddhist temple food. Having lunch at Water Drop Cafe at Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple is a sublime experience. The food is all plant based, though there are meat “facsimile” with noodles with barbecue “pork”. Aunty Renee chose a lemon “chicken” while Uncle had the Herbal Soup set which replicates Bak Kut Teh but it’s all vegetarian.
