This Mouth-Watering Watermelon Sangria is a cool take on a classic drink that's great for summer parties or nights spent relaxing. Fresh watermelon, citrus flavors, and white wine come together to make a fruity and light drink that is sure to impress.
Ingredients: 1 bottle dry white wine. 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded. 1/4 cup brandy. 1/4 cup triple sec. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice. 1/4 cup simple syrup. 1 cup sparkling water. Fresh mint leaves, for garnish. Lime slices, for garnish.
Instructions: Put 2 cups of watermelon cubes in a blender and blend them until they are smooth. Put the watermelon puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to get rid of the pulp and save only the juice. Pour the white wine, brandy, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup into the pitcher. Then add the rest of the watermelon cubes. Use a stir to mix. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavors mix. Add the sparkling water right before serving. Mix the sangria and put it in glasses that have ice in them. Add fresh mint leaves and a lime slice to the top of each glass. Serve and have fun!
