some blue coloured peeps! featuring my new pro hero bnha oc!
Kyoku Arashi - The waveform hero; Wave Storm Quirk: Sound Strike - the louder her voice, the more lightning conjures around her body. so her costume has speakers and a mic to amplify her voice and she uses a lightning rod like staff to direct her lightning. her costume also is completely insulated so she doesn’t feel any back lash from her quirk.
