Wave / Team Babylon headcanons kinda

i think i talked about this before but my canon of Wave is that her parents raised her around jet and storm kinda more jet than anyone else because her dad is jet’s dad mechanic so he would always bring his little girl around intern making Wave view jet almost like a little brother so she has the urge to take care of him

maybe when she was young jet’s dad told her to watch over his son and not only are they a team but shes doing that for him

as for storm i think his parents also were some help to jet’s dad and jet with either get the chance to visit wave or storm on occasions (or they would bring their kids over to help his dad out with something) rarely all three of them would be together but one on one sessions where either parent was with the other (wave and jet | jet and storm | storm and wave ) so thats how they knew each other

once they got older jet formed a team with his childhood friends and so became team Babylon

why did you bring this up all of a sudden?

because my main reason was i wanted to say its weird for me to ship wave with jet having this mind set (yall can do it if you want to i cant control you ship what you want idc) i also ship wave with storm because of this fanfiction its really good and you should read it i havent finished it but take my word for it it’s good

gives me the sense of Wave and Storm are always in a on and off relationship more because of her not wanting to be the one apologizing even when she knows shes in the wrong  when shes done something that actually hurts feelings

some people just can’t say sorry it’s too hard for them and thats just how shes always been so after a while he may apologize with gestures or random “sorry” when it doesn’t matter anymore cause the actions have been forgotten already but she never forgot she holds it with her

i can talk about wave all day i love her shes so pretty
