I'm at the beginning of embracing my power. You have to heal yourself of the things that hinder you from interacting with spirit, or be at extreme risk of pitfalls and traps meant to test your ability to adapt and interpret between worlds. As with most things on nature, being cognizant and neutral to flow is key.
