Cooked to perfection from one of the masters of Grassfed bison meat. #Repost @that_paleo_guy ・・・ My idea of a seven course meal😎. A 7 oz @thehonestbison NY strip rubbed in sea salt and chili powder seared perfectly rare on a smoking hot cast iron skillet🔥. No sides, just washed down with glass of dry red🍷 and called it complete👌 (does that technically make it an 8 course meal?). Just a simple #flavorgasm but yet #waytootasty
