This is a great moment from the broadcast where Dre plays the track I'm Down by the Beastie Boys and lets us know that it is the record that Michael Jackson would not let be released. For all you casual non-hardcore Beastie Boys Licensed To Ill fans, MJ would not clear samples he owned the rights to on I'm Down, so it didn't make the Beastie Boys classic debut LP.
