Connor, having just witnessed his father brutally die, is also dealing with the prospect that he has no family left to take care of him, since his mum had died of cancer years earlier. Aidan Gillen & Nicholas Hoult are well-matched as the homicidal brothers; Jack & Patrick are astutely resourceful & easily figure out where Owen & Connor are heading. Young Australian teen, Finn Little, stands out in his emotionally-struggling portrayal of a stranded orphan. Medina Senghore is fantastic as the pregnant Allison who co-runs a survivalist camp. Initially beaten by the brothers who want information from her, she is able to escape & then gain the upper hand in a result that left the audience cheering!
