I wonder if Milkweedstar and his brothers do that cross-eyed thing that Siamese cats do.
Here we have Butterflyleap seeing their runty son finally open his eyes (Butterflyleap doesn’t know that Milkweedkit is trans yet because he isn’t old enough to communicate his identifying gender). Being half kittypet, all of the butterflyweed kits develop slower than full-blooded clan kits. Milkweedkit especially lags behind his siblings even, because like Butterflyleap he is the delicate runt of the litter. Also Milkweedstar being himself by risking one of his nine lives for ‘free fish’.
Notes; Milkweedkit is mostly white in this picture because he is a Siamese like his father, normal Siamese kittens all start out mostly white with a little bit of colour on their noses, ears, and tail. His pelt will darken up once he’s out of the newborn phase.
wc-grassroots had once stated that they liked the idea of the butterflyweed kits all calling them something different since they don’t go by 'mom’ or 'dad’ as a nonbinary cat.
