Hi :) 

Sure! It depends on the kind of concrete you're looking for, so I'll do both I know of, just to be sure.

The first one I thought of is Holysimoly's Bare Concrete which everyone and their mom (and me!) uses in preview pictures and such :) There have been thousands of recolors, but these are my favorites:

- Jessy's Purple Rain

- Nilou's Gradients

- Vimpse's  recolors with CuriousB and Poppet colors

- Anna's recolors

But then I thought that maybe you meant recolors of the Maxis bare concrete and I know of one of those too:

- sufrana's maxis concrete in aelia's retro colors
