Hiatus Announcement of sorts, again

So yeah, there's not really an easy way for me to say this, but I've been diagnosed with breast cancer a few days ago... My prospects are good, apparently this version responds very well to treatment.

The medical circus kicked off immediately, and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I start chemo a week from now. I had a scan yesterday to make sure it's just the one tumor in my breast, but everyone is hopeful we've caught it in the early stages.

I'll definitely be back, but I don't really know when.

For now, take care, and remember to check your breasts for weird shit regularly 💕😉

The last day of spring passes in a blur of cooking, cleaning and napping.

Caleb is never far from his prayer stone, but he does come in every now and then to spend time with his wife.

Thank you! I'm having a lot of fun putting a medieval DL folder together. I just downloaded archery and I can't wait to try that in my game.

The spinning wheel is a decorative objects, btw. I'm using an invisble recolor of the sewing machine to make it seem like my sims are using the spinning wheel :)

That being said, the spinning wheel is from here, and I'm using these recolors from @tedsies

And the praying stone is from this set by Cindy :)

I had to dig a little, because I don't have that DL folder in my game rn, but I found it! That hair is called S-club Saja. The conversion is by @lilroisin, and I'm using a retexture by @vohiuzi, which you can download here :)

"They do! Caleb is probably asking The Watcher to look over our baby."

So Caleb begged The Watcher for forgiveness. "If my marriage to Linnea was not your grand design, please forgive me!" "She is a good and pure soul. Please let your wrath fall onto me, not her."

Huh. Neat. I didn't know it did that, lol.

But not even one hour later, while Caleb was tending their small vegetable garden, something caught fire. Again.

Dread settled in Caleb's heart. Was this a sign from The Watcher? Did he neglect the earlier signals? Was The Watcher truly this displeased?

"Are you alright? And our child...?" "We're both fine, Caleb." "Bless The Watcher."

[keoni-chan]

But the next morning, during a thunderstorm...

"Linnea! The Watcher is very angry!"

"Oh my Watcher! Caleb! Get away from there!"

"Linnea?" "Hmmm?" "I love you."

[keoni-chan]

"I'm sorry for panicking..."

"It's fine, honey, don't worry about it."

"Alright."

"I don't get it though. If you believe The Watcher wants you to be happy, why are you so worried all the time?"

"It's nothing, don't worry about it."

"I just don't like seeing you upset like this. I promise you The Watcher is not going to burn down our house because you left the order.

"Then I shall put my faith in you, my love."

"Linnea... Why is there a fire?" "Oh shoot, the soup!" "It's not the soup! It's The Watcher!"

"Move, Caleb." "I told you! He is angry! Watcher! Please forgive us, and preserve us from your wrath!"

In the end it's Linnea, and not The Watcher, that preserves them.
