rek’s view of things on lifesteal is sooo. i’m always always always thinking about the woogie-rek duel, or more specifically about what came right after. because when rek finds woogie and jojo, he hadn’t initially planned to jump them. but by the time him and minute are on call deciding whether or not to jump the two, it’s minute who hesitates, because it’s woogie’s last time on for a while, and he doesn’t want to ruin it. it’s rek who decides that they should run it anyways, because “they are building in the nether, y’know”. woogie and jojo are practically asking for it, saying enough to let themselves get found. loose lips sink ships, and this is lifesteal, after all— it’s just how things go.
