▲  five times my muse thought about kissing yours, and the one time they did. 

One time was during a study session. It wasn’t a “I’m considering kissing you”-thing, it was more a “I wonder what it would be like to kiss you…” and obviously Drew told himself that it was totally okay, because it wasn’t like he wanted to kiss her, he was just wondering what it would feel like to just… try. 

Another time was during class and Devin was presenting something and Drew found himself zoning out repeatedly, completely distracted by the way her lips moved, but again, it was okay, because it wasn’t like he was actually going to do it. 

Third time was at homecoming, when they were dancing and this time Drew actually thought he might do it. Not right there, but if they were alone at some point. But then he felt bad, because of his girlfriend… 

Fourth time Drew thought about it, but didn’t do it, was probably after driving her home one night, when she was drunk and he wanted to make sure she made it home safe and he almost did kiss her - just, like, a goodnight kiss - but then he remembered that she was drunk and it would be wrong and that she probably didn’t feel the same way. 

Fifth was a time, after they had “become a thing” and they were sitting at McDonald’s and she had ice cream on her face and when she noticed, she was probably the most adorable thing Drew had ever seen and he really wanted to kiss her, but he didn’t, because they were in public and Drew was afraid she wouldn’t like it. 

A time he did kiss her, however, was a little while after he had broken up with his girlfriend and it was just him and Devin on a bench at the park and they were talking and Drew knew that he felt something for her, even if he had denied it to himself for months and he probably asked her, if he could kiss her, before he did and he was probably really excited, when she said yes.
