According to yet another lovely piece of IMDB trivia, Melissa McBride's character Carol was supposed to die during season 4 of The Walking Dead, ending up as a walker. McBride even got her head sculpted for the walker make-up. And then they just kept the sculpts for eleven years, until they could use it in this cool Carol Fights Her Walker Doppelganger Hallucination scene. Worth it.
