I like to imagine that Sneer's first (and only) crush so far has been Thralir. I don't know how well that meshes with his whole "timeless one" thing, but maybe he was too busy learning languages and how to tie ties to bother with romance before this?

Demetra the alligator recovered and decided not to join our colony, sadly, so we'll have to tame her the old-fashioned way. Mechi has more than just lion backup this time, but his limbs are replaceable anyway, so it's all good, no matter the outcome.
