And I thought I fell off the wagon last year. HA!

A lot of things have happened this year in 2023. Some major things that happened to me include dealing with a tree that fell in the yard, kind of assuming charge of my house, having a bunch of coworkers leave, and taking a major trip (or two) to Europe!

(Don't ask about the money, because I didn't have a lot before then, and now, ahaha...yeah...)

Some good stuff continued into this year, so that's nice too! I'll elaborate that at a later time, hopefully. Also, I learned that I'm a lot more social in my personal life than I realized, and it's weird learning that I actually do matter more to people than I expected I would?

Wow, that felt personal, but sure, let's roll with it.

I'll need to make plans for writing more (for real) in 2024, but no, I will not make those year resolutions, because that stuff never gets done. Even still, I will push myself into working on more things again!

I’m back

Decided I was missing certain people far too much to stay away, so I let a friend talk me into coming back.  We shall see how it goes this time.  I was originally Ladyamesindy, but as you can see, someone has taken the name so I had to change.  TheOriginalLadyA is back!  Whoo!

Huh, I really fell off the wagon a bit this year.

It’s strange, because a lot of really heavy stuff happened throughout 2022. Not a lot of stuff happened to me personally, but a lot came up by association.

In regards to fanfics, I wouldn’t say I was uninspired this year. On the contrary, I had a lot of ideas, but my free time was taken up, so I never really got to write.

But even as hard as this year was, I did have (at least) one major good thing happen to me, and so I’ve been letting that keep me afloat. And I can’t possibly hate this year as a result, which is weird, but that’s how it goes.

Hoping that I can do better in 2023, and I hope good things come about for us in the coming year. We’ll see as it comes, I suppose!
