every couple of decades v!abolish is surprised to find another pressed wither rose in a random book. it shouldn't be a shock, taking into account that he himself put all of them there to preserve them, and that over the years, he has already found at least 10 of them, yet he's always as surpirsed as ever.
also, he very clearly doesn't care! and doesn't get any flashbacks of the person who had given them to him! he has moved on! it's been decades! /sarcasm (but you didn't hear that from me)
