Peke J's eyes are black.

BUT the darkest eye color cats generally have is a deep copper color. Not black. Black irises in a cat is sometimes a sign of blindness, or iris melanosis.

But then again I don't think Peke J's blind, but it wouldn't make sense if he had a condition potentially fatal to his eyes so???

I almost lost what I was trying to make of this.

Just that it doesn't make sense that Peke J's eyes are black. Cats don't usually have black eyes. It's also usually a bad sign.

This has actually lead me down a rabbit hole into realising Peke J's background eye colour seem to constantly change. We've got yellowish, purplish and blueish IT'S SANZU ALL OVER AGAIN.

That's really interesting though anon! I actually had no idea about that, I just assumed it was normal for cats to have black eyes.
