We all have a side that makes us work harder. For me, it's the left. Press prep has been no different! Struggle! But at the chiropractor's office, I learned/confirmed that this could be because my hips are misaligned. It has affected my hamstrings' strength and a lot of other things. Now that I'm correcting it, I should soon become a superhero. Note: today is not super hero footage. Sorry. #weakside #weaksidewednesday
